Is this sentence correct?
TESCO is the cheapest departments stores in the city.
 
Can you tell me what the correct one?
 
TESCO is the cheapest department store in the city.
TESCOs are the cheapest department stores in the city.
Do NOT make departments plural.
 
Tesco is the cheapest supermarket in the city (except for Aldi, Lidl, Asda and Netto).
