This means there should be six persons in each single group, ..................................?

What is the appropriate choice to make a grammatical tag question, shouldn't be or shouldn't there, please?

A lot of places don't hold verbs in as high a regard as we do, Mike ;)
 
I have to disagree on this one.
This means there should be six persons in each single group, doesn't it?
"This means ..., doesn't it."
"There should be six persons in each group, shouldn't there?"
