Presently, they are working in Dubai. They had been worked with us in the past projects.

Is the above sentence grammatically correct?
 
I am not a teacher.

The second sentence isn't grammatical. Almost anything would have worked apart from what you wrote.

They worked/have worked/had worked/had been working with us on past projects/projects in the past.
