"To tell the truth, I doubt they would have noticed had she crawled into the house with a broken leg."

I am trying to make a sentence with similar structure. Could you please tell me if the sentences are made alike and even gramnmatically correct.

I made below three sentences...

1. They were so happy did she do her homework.
2. They were so happy had she done her homework.
3. The noticed was the girl murdered in the first place.
4. I doubt he would have wrapped the presents had she used cheap materials.

Shouldn't the sentence be written 'I doubt they would have noticed even if she crawled into the house with a broken leg.'

The original sentence is correct. '...had she crawled' could also be written as '...if she had crawled'.

Your attempts to recreate the stucture are incorrect; unfortunately, they don't even come close.

Haha oh! Then is 'Things would have been much better had she stayed single.' correct?

Things would have been much better had she stayed single. :tick:
