1.There hasn't been a day when the water hasn't been cut/wasn't cut off.
2. I have never met a person that I didn't like/haven't liked.
Can we use both Past Simple and Present Perfect in the bold?
Could you provide more patterns like that please.
 
@Vladv1 In your last thread, I posted explaining that I had improved your thread titles multiple times in the last week or so, on each occasion indicating that your titles are not sufficient. In the last thread, I openly said "Please use the entire sentence" as your title. It appears you're not heeding the advice you're given here. I am closing this thread. Please feel free to repost but with an appropriate title. We shouldn't have to keep making the same corrections to your threads.
