Are there any grammar errors in these sentences? Did I use cc'd correctly?

1) I have cc'd Mary on this email as I am assisting her. Mary is the manager in charge of operations so please send your response to Mary directly or if you have any questions.

2) I have copied Mary on this email as I am her assistant. Mary is the manager in charge of operations so please send your response to Mary directly or if you have any questions.

Or if I have any questions what?

I would understand either statement.

I'd use "I've cc'd Mary in on this email". I read "cc'd" as "copied" and you "copy someone in on an email".

I'd make do with only one 'Mary'.

I've cc'd Mary in on this email as I am her assistant. She is the manager in charge of operations so please send your response to her directly or if you have any questions.

Are you sure you needed that "or", Rover?

No. I just copied and pasted the sentence from the OP.
