We can say have stitch synonym with get stitch I can say ''I cut my finger and I have to get stitches on my finger in the emergency room and ''I cut my finger and I have to have stitches on my finger in the emergency room.does both sentence have same meaning ?

Q: Do both sentences have the same meaning?
A: They both mean that somebody closed the wound with stitches.

We can say that "have stitches" is synonymous with "get stitches".

I can say "I cut my finger and I have to get stitches on my finger in the emergency room" and "I cut my finger and I have to have stitches on my finger in the emergency room".
Both sentences are possible. Neither is natural.
does Do both sentence have the same meaning?
As Tarheel said, the resulting meaning is much the same.

You need to find the quotation marks on your keyboard. We don't make them by typing two apostrophes. Don't put a space before a question mark.

In BrE, we'd say something like "I've cut my finger [really badly] and I'm probably going to need stitches".

It's nothing to do with stitches. Have and get are both used with their usual meanings. The two differ just as much as "have money" differs from "get money".
