So, are they correct in standard english?

a. I am/was/will be having to do it (or) I am/was/will be having a red car.
b. I am/was/will be having got to do it (or) I am/was/will be having got a red car.

No, they are all incorrect.

I have to do it.
I had to do it.
I will have to do it.

I have a red car.
I had a red car.
I will have a red car.

I have got to do it.
I have got a red car.

I have got to do it.
I have got a red car.

So, are they not used in progressive form?

how about "having"?

can I use "have got" in progressive form?

You can say, for example, I'm having a great time. I don't think it's possible to use to have got in any progressive tense.

When you are talking about actions (have a shower/dinner, etc), you can use the progressive. We don't use it for possession.
