Hi guys,

Can we say "I am having headache or toothache or he is having headache or toothache"?
 
We say "I have a headache" and "he has a toothache".
 
Can we say "I am having headache or toothache or he is having headache or toothache"?
No, we don't say that.
Mike's answers are one option. I'd say, "I've got a headache; He's got a toothache." The versions mean the same and are equally good.
 
Most BE speakers say 'I've got a headache', but 'I've got toothache'.
