Sorry for posting the video recording again, but it's a very hard word to identify in his speech — he starts mumbling shortly after pronouncing it, or part of it.
- 2:54.
To be more specific, he is playing to his base in terms of his ??? (son) in terms of of saying that he's going to.. - it is the most challenge.
 
He's playing to his base in terms of he's suing [that] ... in terms of saying that he's gonna sue.

I think it was a simple slip of the tongue. He meant to say "in terms of saying that he's gonna sue" in the first place but he was thinking ahead to the word "sue" and said "suing" instead of "saying". He starts to say the next word ("that") before realising what he's done and correcting it.
