"He went to the bathroom."
Why not "He go to the bathroom"?

The subject haven't arrived yet from the bathroom so why do people use "went"?

"He go" is never correct.
"He goes" is correct grammar, but means a repeated action. We *all* go to the bathroom at some point.

"He has gone to the bathroom" is okay to say why is not here right now.
"He went to the bathroom" is okay to say where he was going when he left.

'The subject haven't arrived yet...' is also never correct. It has to be 'The subject hasn't arrived yet...'

I think you need to go back and review the verbs "to be" and "to have" (in all the tenses).
