headache or a headache

Which one is correct?

I know it's definition but my question is if 2 persons at the same time
want to tell that they have a headache; do they say it with "a' or without "a"?

1- We have a headache.
2- We have headache.

For me I feel no.1 is the correct. But I want to make sure.

I am not a native person, but in my poor opinion, neither is correct, because the noun 'headache' is countable, namely, it should be ''we have headaches''. You can make sure if you google something like this 'we have headaches.....'. I give you a link also : Why do humans have headaches? (see Lecture section also)

Or, "We both have a headache".
Analogous to "We both had a glass of beer" - It doesn't mean we had the same one.
