I have to address a letter to two people and I am unclear as to the addressing of the letter. Mr. John Doe and Ms. Jane Quiver - they live at the same address
also how do i personalize the letter to them (i.e. dear mr. doe and ms. quiver?

The inside address should read:

Mr. John Doe and Ms. Jane Quiver
123 Street Address
City, State ZIP

The salutation should read:

Dear Mr. Doe and Ms. Quiver:

(NOTE: You can also reverse the names, and use "Ms. Jane Quiver and Mr. John Doe" as the inside address, and then "Dear Ms. Quiver and Mr. Doe" as the salutation.)
