hi all,
Is there any adjective for a person who is not tolerant of hot or cold weather?
can we say "heat sensitive" or "cold sensitive"?
are they formal? if so, are there any informal words?

thanks,

Interesting question. I'll wait for the teacher to give us an answer.

"Heat- or cold-intolerant" might be better; but "She's sensitive to cold/hot weather" is correct.
You'd probably be understood with "heat-sensitive", but that has more a common meaning, "that which senses heat", as in "The computer fan is heat-sensitive and switches on at a certain temperature." In that usage, 'heat-sensitive' doesn't meant 'heat-intolerant'.
