In the sentence "people come in all kinds of heights, shapes and sizes" : does "size" have the same meaning as "height" or what ?
And what about "shapes" : does this relate to being fat or thin ?

Height is specifically how tall they are.
Shape would be round, pear-shaped, apple-shaped (these are terms used to describe body shape) etc.
Size would be small, large, thin, fat etc.

So someone can be 1.65m tall, round and fat.
