Hi All,
I intend to improve my English language by writing some paragraphs per day as I know I cant improve it without enough exercise. The biggest challenge for me is to find a native speaker to help my for correcting my writing and making some suggestions for improving . I know that my writing may seem to be correct , but I am pretty sure if a native speaker write about the same subject and content it will be much more better than mine in terms of integrity, grammar complexity and fluency. I would be please if you guys help me to improve it by your constructive suggestions, better grammar or other alternative words in the body of my writing.
Could anyone advise how I can do this here and how I can start with?

Regards,
Ellie

Hi Ellie,

I have the same thing with you. My writing skill is just a basic level and I want to improve it as better as I can.

Regards,

Nancy.

You want to improve your English skills. You plan to write something every day. (It might be useful to contribute something to the couplets thread. It might be a good mental exercise.)

1. Let's come up with a catchier title for this thread.
2. Let's see how long we can make it.

sounds good. Lets get it started :)

Strive for clarity, not complexity. Your goal at this point should be for your writing (and speaking) to be understandable.

Don't say much more better, but do say much better.

Practice makes perfect.

May you please let me know why it is not right if I say I cant improve "it"? "It" is referring to my language skills

Because it is a plural. The word "skills" is a plural. So it is not an it. It is a them.

(In the phrase ones or more paragraphs a day, the word ones is a typo and should have been one.)
