Dear teachers,
While i was reading Macbeth I came across this sentence:
"Another aspect is the gaps in the play, what Shakespeare does not tell us."
Why is the vb ' to be' singular?
The vb is followed by a plural noun so wouldn't it be:
Another aspect are the gaps. or
The gaps are another aspect.
Please help me with this matter!
