This comes from a non-native speaker English teacher in Poland.
Not to reveal said teacher's identity, I've changed the message, so it's not a perfect quotation. I really only want to ask about three specific things, so it shouldn't matter:
1) Is "Hi all" a proper salutation?
2) Why is the first word of the first sentence, after the salutation, in lowercase?
3) Why is the word You in uppercase?
Hi all,
the test will be on Monday at 8:15. Make sure you log in a few minutes earlier in case of any technical difficulties. Remember to write the answers in all lowercase or the program won't recognize them as correct.
See You on Monday
