[Grammar] his is the email that I got upon that requisition

Hi,

I am wondering if the sentence below is natural and grammatical,

Below is the email that I received upon that requisition was successfully completed.

It isn't.

Do you mean "when that requisition was completed"? If not, what are you trying to say?

Yes. I used "upon", instead of using "when", to give the meaning that as soon as completed I received that email. But I am not sure if I used "upon" correctly in that sentence.
 
Try:

Below is the email I received when the requisition was completed.

(If you delete the word "successfully" whenever you see it you will eliminate an unnecessary word.)

To use upon in this way, follow it with a noun form:

... upon completion of ...
