Which are correct?

Before we continue:

1. In your title, you used "the right pocket of his trousers". That doesn't appear in any of your sentences. Why not? The title should be reflected in the main body of the post.

2. You need to fix the error in the quote box. You really need to start proofreading your posts carefully before you post them.
 
I will talk to my usage consultant, but I think most people would say "pants".

Ron: He took it out of his pants' pocket.
Don: Which one?
Ron: The one where he always keeps his cellphone.
Don: Which one is that?
Ron: The one in the back on the right.

1. It all depends on which variant of English the OP wants to use.
2. Did you notice that post #2 started with "Before we continue ..."? We want members to fix their errors before we start giving responses.

I edited it. My apologies.
I thought I might include the version I was looking equivalents for so as to make it clear that 'right' was not supposed to modify 'trousers'.
