2. My home town is Shahrood.
3. Ali is from Iran too, so he is my fellow countryman.

You can say this, but we normally would not bother with "so he is my fellow countryman". There is no need for it. You could also just say, "Ali is a fellow Iranian".
4. Ali is from Shahrood too, so he is my (......?)
We have no natural word in English for this. In this sentence, there is no need to say anything after 'Shahrood'.

You could say that someone is from your hometown.

"We're from the same hometown."

This could be a US thing.
