A house is a physical thing whereas a home is more than a house, so it's more natural to say you "rent/buy a house".

Which one is natural?

1. I buy a beautiful house. VS
2. I buy a beautiful home.
3. I rent a house. VS
4. I rent a home.

Please note my changes above.

3 and 4 are OK, if they're answers to the question "Do you own or rent?"

1 and 2 aren't natural unless you're in the habit of buying beautiful houses or homes. Using "buy" in the present tense doesn't work here. You could use "I own a beautiful house/home", "I have bought a beautiful house/home", "I'm buying a beautiful house/home" or "I will buy a beautiful house/home".

House is a type of building. It's not an apartment block, a skyscraper, or a tent. Use this word when you want to talk about ↓this↓ thing:

Home is simply where you live. If you use this word, it doesn't tell us anything about what type of building it is.
