How do I usually call a person who likes to stay at home all the time and don't like to go out often? I’ve heard the word “homebody” but I’m not sure.

Note my corrections above.

You said "likes to stay at home all the time" so there was no need to say "and doesn't like to go out often".

"Homebody" is used, although you won't hear it much in BrE. I can't think of a single word I'd use there - I would probably say "He/She stays at home a lot/all the time".
If there's a medical (psychological) reason for it, they might be an agoraphobe. Some people might say "an introvert" but that doesn't have to include not going out.

Yes - I hear ‘homebody’ occasionally.

Note that ’homeboy’ is something completely different, and you need to edit your thread title.
