Hello,

How can i read ?

141–one hundred and fourty one

or

one hundred fourty one

392–three hundred and ninety two

or

three hundred ninety two

for example : 2576-two thousand five hundred and seventy-six
is it true using ?

Shortly where should i use "and" when i try to read numbers ?

by the way could you help me to read dates like 01/08/2010 or which form you use.

Thank you.

You can use the "and" or omit the "and." I'm told it's mandatory in either the US or the UK, but I can't remember which, since I tend to use it.

Note that forty is spelled without the U. I don't know why, but it is.

As an American, I would read 01/08/2010 and January eighth, two thousand ten.
I expect everyone else will tell you August first, two thousand ten.

Some people will also say twenty-ten.

How can I read it when using it in some sentence ?
For example, "the accident happened on August first two thousand and ten" or "the accident happened on the first of August in 2010" ?
Thank you very much !

It doesn't really matter whether you say "August the first" or "the first of August".

However, you don't need to say "in" before the year.

In BE we say 'three hundred and ninety-two'.

2576-two thousand five hundred and seventy-six.
Yes - that's how I say it.

I would read 01/08/2010 as 'the first of August, twenty-ten'.
