So, I've heard "How come" many times over, however it seems that I've stumbled across "How comes" in my own vocabulary, I'd like to know if it is correct grammatically or colloquially?
I'm from England by the way if that makes any difference.

Here are a few examples

How comes she's here so early?
How comes you've got a gun in your bag?
You can't go out today, how comes?

Yes, How comes is a British dialect thing. I'd suggest you try to drop the 's', at least when you're talking to people outside your speech community.

Which part of England are you from?

I'm from the south-east of England and I've never heard anyone use "How comes ...?" I have friends from all over the UK and I've never noticed any of them say it.

It's very common in London and surrounding areas (notably, Essex). I'm not sure about up north.
