I'm just wondering whether the sentence below is correct or not. Could you help me with this.

It looks fine to me. You can also say "How do you think the meeting went?"

Let me know the outcome and how it goes.

Let me know the outcome and how it goes.

I think I would change the order to "Let me know how it goes, and [also] the outcome." The outcome would be at the end, whereas "how it goes" is an ongoing thing throughout the meeting (or whatever it is).
