How I can to be rich VS How can I to be rich

Or
How can I be rich?

I thoguh thought both were okay to express my view question. is it Are they correct?

1. How I can to be rich? VS
2. How can I to be rich?
Note my changes above. I suggest you install an English spellchecker on your browser. That way, at least you'll avoid basic errors like writing "thoguh". The spellchecker will alert you to the fact that that's not a word in English.

Both your sentences are incorrect. The first uses the wrong word order for a question. The second is simply ungrammatical. I'm not sure what you're trying to express. My guesses are:

- How can I get rich? (You want advice on how to gain wealth in the future.)
- How can I become rich? (You want advice on how to gain wealth in the future.)
- How is it possible that I'm rich?! (This expresses incredulity at the fact that you are currently rich.)

Yes. But "get" is equal to "be". Am I wrong?
You're wrong. "Get" means "become" in this context. In other contexts, it can mean "obtain", "reach" and other things. It doesn't mean "be" at all.
