My mom got vaccinated in the neighbor community (a place where people of the neighborhood got vaccinated. I know the phrase I used it's wrong but I don't know what the correct one is). Today when my mom was getting vaccinated, I asked someone who's in charge of the vaccination a question:

How many people have been vaccinated in our neighborhood?

Then she answered: more than 30, 000.

Is my question natural? Or perhaps more natural:

How many people in our neighborhood have been vaccinated?

They're both OK, but don't leave a space in 30,000.

The difference between the two has nothing to do with naturalness.

The second is better because it's clearer. Analytically, the former could be related to the number of vaccinations that have taken place in the neighbourhood whereas the latter is clearly related to the number of people from the neighbourhood who have had vaccinations, which is apparently what you mean to ask.
