I don't know whether Westerners eat glutinous rice balls (see attached pic). When well cooked, every rice ball in the cooker is itself (that is, each ball is independent and will not glue one another).
Obviously, the description "every rice ball is itself" or "each ball is independent" is quite poor (even weird, I am not sure). Because I don't know how to properly desribe this condition.
