[Grammar] how to express 12 o'clock at night?

Dear teachers,

If now is 12 o'clock at night, do we usually say 'it's 12 o'clock midnight'?
And if it's 12 o'clock at noon, do we usually say 'it's 12 o'clock noon'?

You either say it's midnight or or it's noon. You don't have to say '12 o'clock' again since it's understood.

Yes, though "midday" is more commonly used than "noon".
