how to learn english gramma in good way

hi every one
I try to learn english gramma (i have the book gramma in use and i use the website learn english bbc)
but when i read a rule ,a week after I forget the rule
Please how i can keep in my mind all english rules

My advice is to internalize grammar rather than learning rules. After lots of input, it will start to feel right.

You can start with the rule that the pronoun "I" is always capitalized. And the word is "grammar", not "gramma".
