How to reply to my boss if she emailed me saying "thanks for all your hard work."?

Do I need to reply to her via email, or just ignore it? If needed, what should I say?

Thanks!

As with anything, it depends on what you want to say.

Depending on the situation, you could ignore it, or reply with something like:
Thank you for giving me the opportunity to work on such an interesting project.
You're welcome. It was a great learning opportunity for me.
It was a pleasure to work with such a great team to get this project done.
Thank you. I'm pleased it turned out so well.
Thank you. I hope it's well received.

I would just say "You're very welcome."
