[Grammar] How to use "Be supposed to"?

She is supposed to have kicked him.
She was supposed to kicked him.


Which one is correct anwser?
Help me!
 
She is supposed to have kicked him. = It is believed (supposed) /Some people believe (suppose) that she kicked him. (We don't know whether she actually did.).
She was supposed to kick[STRIKE]ed[/STRIKE] him. = She was under some sort of obligation to kick him. (Only the context will tell us whether she did).

You mean, She is supposed to have kicked him is as some as somebody said that she was kicked him?

And She was supposed to kick him is as some as she should have kicked him but didn`t right?

"She is supposed to have kicked him" = we have been told that she kicked him.
"She was supposed to kick him" = somebody told her to kick him.
In neither case do we know if she actually kicked him.
