[General] how to write an english letter to get discounts on conference registrations

Dear sir

I am a PhD student in Iran and one of my articles is accepted in a conference. I am really interested in participating in the conference but i can not pay hole registration fee, so i decided to send a formal letter to get discount. could you please prepare the letter for me?
