[Grammar] How to write Dos and don't

Hello teacher,

I am confused to write Dos and don't. Can you please tell me what the best way to write from the following? If it is wrong then please let me right one:

do's and don't
dos and don't
DOs and don't

Kindly guide me. I will be thankful to you.

Remember that in the correct expression both words are plural. And with that in mind, your first two phrases are OK. You can find plenty of examples of both by searching Google. The first phrase is a little old-fashioned, it is not very common to see an apostrophe used to make plurals anymore, but it is not technically incorrect. It's a fixed expression, so if you remember to make both words plural, people will understand just fine.
