Hello,
I don't know how to write my suffix at the end of my last name.

It's pronounced as => [mɪəɑ:'væg]

Miavag
Meeavagh
Meeyavagh
Miyavag

It's name of a village in Iran. I don't know how to write the blue phonetic.
In Wikipedi it's written [Miavaq] but I think it's wrong. Because "q" should be "g".
Not sure.

Can you help me please?

Miavag would be a good way to represent the IPA you've written.

Is the village's name pronounced differently in Persian than it is in the local language? Perhaps the variant ending in q is the Persian pronunciation.

No not at all. We pronounce the last letter as "g" in "frog".
Not "q".

Do you close the throat at the end?

If you can post an audio clip demonstrating the pronunciation, alone and followed by words beginning with a vowel and with a consonant, forum members can tell you how they hear the name and suggest anglicized transcriptions.

I recorder my voice. You can hear.

I think the recording cut off before the end. What I can hear sounds like "myov".

And, do you have such an example in English?
I mean words like "Miavaq" that "q" looks like "g" when pronounced.

Do you know such an example?

I heard a q at the end of Miavaq. It didn't sound like a g. Most Anglophones would hear it as a k, but I have experience pronouncing and hearing the q sound in Arabic; with that experience, I can perceive this consonant which most Anglophones probably can't.

Thank you.

Do you know any English word like "Miavaq" ending in "q"?

I want to understand the pronunciation well.

The q sound doesn't exist in English. Most Anglophones would pronounce Miavaq with a k sound at the end.
