This story is dedictaed to my mother's aunt Laila Azram and her husband, John Martin.
Can someone tell me if I have punctuated this sentence correctly. My mother has more than one aunt so I have used no comma this aunt has one husband so I used a comma. Is this correct?
Also, I am struggling to write this sentence correctly. Is there a better way to write it? The alternatives I have written are:
This story is dedicated to Laila Azram and John Martin - my mother's aunt and her husband.
This story is decicated to Laila Azram, my mother's aunt, and her husband, John Martin.
Which one is better to use? Any suggestions. Thank you very very much.
