How will we read this sentence to show the presence of the word "have" ?

When I want to say " I have read that book "
I will read word for word " I - have -read - that - book "
But when the sentence is " I've read that book ", How will we read this sentence to show the presence of the word "have" ?
The same question to " I would - I'd " and so on
The question maybe ridiculous... :lol:

You don't need to show the presence of "have" or "would"; it's understood. Just pronounce the expressions as "ive" and "ide", and everyone will understand. The only time you would do otherwise is when you wanted to emphasise that you have read that book. In that case, you would not use "I've", but say "I have".
