For hyphenated words, if we want to capitalize the first letter of them, e.g. in typing a title, should we capitalize all the parts or just the first part?
For example: California-based Websense OR California-Based Websense? A Three-year-old Child OR A Three-Year-Old Child?

California-based Websense.
A Three-year-old Child.

I would use these. They make pretty odd titles, though.
