“I always make the right choice.” Following are my questions:
1. Is this a correct sentence?
2. How should I pronounce the article “the” in this sentence?

1. Yes.
2. It's pronounced "thuh". (I don't do phonetic symbols so I hope that's clear.)
 
I would probably put an "s" on the end, this: I always make the right choices.

That's possibly another BrE v AmE difference. Whilst the plural version isn't wrong in BrE, we'd tend to use it only when the rest of the context makes it clear that the plural is required. As a standalone phrase, describing one's decision-making habits, we'd stick with the singular.

I'd use the original as well. I don't think Tarheel's preference speaks to AmE usage as a whole.
