Hi,

What does it mean

"I am totally into you" or "You are totally into me"

Kind regards

Zuhair

It means nothing to me.

But i have listen this phrase many times in the movies and T.V series.

“I'm so glad we met, you are amazing.” If the guy is telling you he's into you.

If I'm into you, and comfortable, I won't want to "share" you.

*** NOT A TEACHER ***

"I am totally into you" = "I am in love with you to the utmost extent".
It may not be restricted to romantic relationships. I think you can say, for example, "He is so into pop music."
