Hello! For example, I get to a specific place with a friend of mine.
Which word order is preferable?
1 I arrived at the airport with my brother at nine o'clock.
2 I arrived with my friend at the airport at nine o'clock.
3 I arrived in Bulgaria with my friend at nine o'clock.
4 I arrived with my friend in Bulgaria at nine o'clock.

You have three adjunct phrases (time, place, company) so there are 6 options, not just 4:

verb + place + company + time
verb + place + time + company
verb + company + time + place
verb + company + place + time
verb + time + company + place
verb + time + place + company

They're all possible. The order you choose depends on what you want to focus on. Generally speaking, with the verb arrive, the default would be to keep the verb and place next to each other unless you have a reason not to.

The word together fills the 'company' slot. It's the same kind of phrase as with my friend.
