A few days ago, my glasses broke and I had to get a new pair. When I was on my way home, I bumped into a friend and he was surprised so he asked me "Silver, you wore lens now?" I said:

I bought a new pair of glasses and waiting for it prepared.

Please help me with a natural version.

Why is it natural to say "Silver, you've got new glasses!" when the person thought that I wore a pair of contact lens?

I have no idea what that's supposed to mean.
I bought a new pair of glasses but I still haven't gotten them yet, they're still being made so I used prepared. I bumped into my friend because I coudn't see him clearly.

See above. You needed much more information to make what your friend said make sense. Your opening sentence didn't make it at all clear that you didn't just go to the optician's and buy a new pair of glasses to start wearing straight away.
Your friend didn't ask you anything. What they said was a statement of fact.
As with "a pair of trousers", although "a pair of glasses" is singular, we use the plural pronoun for them.

In an informal conversation a BrE speaker would typically say "contacts" when referring to contact lenses.
