Is there something called "I can at best"? (The meaning I want to say is like "this is the best solution")

For example I want to tell my customer this:

I can at best lower my price to $___

I can at best = this is the most I can do, though it may not satisfy you.

Do the following sentences have similar meanings like "I can at best"?

I can maximum
I can at most

Never heard of that, you can go for 'The maximum I can do is lower the price' though it's not so common as most speakers would rather say 'The best I can do is lower the price'. Another option would be 'I can only lower the price'.

Is "I can at most ..." correct english?

Is "The most I can do ..." correct english?

Thanks. Just trying to learn the if the sentences on my mind is correct.

Both are okay, but it might be best to see the entire sentence to make sure you have it completley right.

These are the sentences

"I can at most reduce/lower it to $123"

"The most I can do is reduce/lower it to $123"
