Hi everybody !

I was listening to some voice lines in video games, but I don't understand this text: "Fate holds an interest in the crew of the morningstar. But fate ends where I begin."
I don't understand this part: "holds an interest". Does it mean that Fate is still interested, that it keeps its interest in the crew.

What do you think about thet ?

It simply means that fate is interested in the crew. You could replace holds with has and keep the same basic sense.
