I couldn't charge my phone because I had to leave immediately and I didn't have any spare time left with me.

Please check my sentences.

I am concerned about this part "I didn't have any spare time left with me". Can we say "spare time" and "time left with me"?

Is it correct to say "I didn't have any time left"?

Try:

I couldn't charge my phone because I didn't have time.

It's "time left with me" that's problematical.

We usually use "spare time" when we're talking about doing something outside of our normal activity, and/or if someone asks us to help with something.

I really want to start learning Italian but I haven't got any spare time.
My dad asked me to help him decorate the kitchen but I've got no spare time.

We don't say "spare time left with me" or "free time left with me". Forget "with me" completely. We might use "left" in something like "I'd answered 80 of the 100 questions and suddenly there was no time left!"

I didn't have time to charge my phone as I had to leave immediately.

I didn't have time to spare to charge my phone.
