Before we answer, please correct the misspellings of stretches, stretching and all.

While you're making those edits, remove all the quotation marks. You don't need to put individual sentences in quotes when they are complete and don't form part of a longer sentence, phrase or paragraph.

And you have again repeatedly used two single-quotes where you should have used one double-quote character. How many times have I asked you to stop this?

Never use two successive single quotes. That's what the double quote is for.

In any case, ems asked you to delete all the quotation marks.

To correct the mistakes in the thread title, you need to click on Go Advanced

And you still have not corrected the misspelling of 'all'.

I was leaving my house when I read emsr's suggestions. I started to edit it quickly (despite being in a hurry). I am back now and will edit my post.

Edited everything.

I wouldn't expect to hear/read "stretchings" as in 5. and 6., but in a certain context I would understand.

Hello.

Are all my sentences correct?

1. I do the stretching at 7 am. Only if this particular stretching has previously been mentioned.
2. I do some stretching at 7 am. :tick:
3. I do my stretching at 7 am. :tick:
4. I do the stretching at 7 am. Only if this particular stretching has previously been mentioned.
5. I do some stretchings at 7 am. :cross:
6. I do my stretchings at 7 am. :cross:
7. I do the stretches at 7 am. Only if this particularly stretching has previously been mentioned.
8. I do some stretches at 7 am. :tick:
9. I do my stretches at 7 am. :tick:

See above. I don't consider "stretchings" to be correct in any context. Of your suggested sentences, I find 2, 8 and 9 natural. Sentences 1, 4 and 7 would be OK in a dialogue such as:

Physiotherapist: How are you?
Patient: I'm feeling a lot better.
Physio: Do you remember I showed you some stretching exercises last time I saw you?
Patient: Yes, of course.
Physio: Have you been doing the stretching?
Patient: Yes. I do the stretching (every day) at 7am.

What you didn't suggest is what I think is the most likely thing a native speaker would say, which is "I stretch at 7am".

2. I do some stretching at 7 am.:tick:

3. I do my stretching at 7 am.:tick:

4. I do the stretching at 7 am.:?:

5. I do some stretchings at 7 am.:cross:

6. I do my stretchings at 7 am.:cross:

7. I do [the] stretches at 7 am.:tick:

8. I do some stretches at 7 am.:tick:

9. I do my stretches at 7 am.:tick:
1 and 4 are the same. It's an unusual use of "stretching". It works if you've been describing a routine of which stretching is one part. You've already mentioned "stretching"; you use the definite article to tell the reader that that's the "stretching" you're talking about.

You can use the definite article in 7 only if you've previously mentioned the stretches you're talking about.
