Hi everyone

What does "I don’t think I did know that" mean?

Does it mean "I don't think I knew that" ?
If yes, then what's the difference between this two sentences?

Yes, it does. When we use did + verb, we are often using it to give extra emphasis. In this case, the person might be trying to make their denial of knowing it stronger.
