dear teacher:

A boy is singing while taking his bath and his sister came.

Sis," Steven, your family has requested you to stop singing."

Boy," Nope, sorry ... I don't do request."

What does that boy mean? Does he say sorry for singing badly or it has other meaning? and what is that?

Thanks for your time

It's a joke.
When a singer or a band has a set repertoire that they perform, they "don't take/do requests". This means they don't sing songs that the audience asks them to. They only sing songs that they have prepared for.

Steven is saying that he has such a list of songs to sing, and that he cannot "take requests" to stop singing. :)

Dear teacher,

Wonderful, thanks a lot.
