In this video first old lady says "I don't like my grand children being by islam". What does it mean? I couldn't find its meaning. Could you please help?

Capitalize 'Islam' (or any religion) because it's a proper noun. 'Grandchildren' is one word, not two.

Presumably she means something like she doesn't want her grand kids being around Muslims. At the very least, she should have said 'around' Islam.

It is not correct to say it. Am I correct?

You are correct @tufguy. The lady in the video seems to have omitted a word. There is no verb in what she said, so it's not even a sentence.

It's clear enough what she means. She doesn't want her grandchildren to be around Muslims.

There's a clear editorial cut between the words being and by Islam.
